Chelsea Handler, the controversial American comedian, will be bringing her own tounge-in-cheek humor into Australia for one March gig.

Recently Handler made the headlines when she called Angelina Jolie a home wrecker and evil, and for reportedly dating 50 Cent the rapper.  Handler will be performing one show at State Theatre in Sydney on March 10 as part of the “Chelsea Chelsea, Bang Bang World Tour.”

Following the lead of Oprah Winfrey, Chelsea will also be filming three episodes of “Chelsea Lately,” her hit show on E! Entertainment, while she is Down Under.

Handler’s first film role is “HOP” with co-stars James Marsden from the X-Men, Russell Brand, fellow comedian, and Kaley Cuoco from “Big Band Theory” is scheduled to be released late this year.

Handler’s three books- “Chelsea Chelsea, Bang Bang,” “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea” and “My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One Night Stands” all have made it to the bestseller list.

On January 31 tickets for Chelsea Handler’s Sydney show will be going on sale at Ticketmaster.
